Do you allow for returns?
No. All of our lighting is made to order so we’re unable to accept returns. 

Can I cancel an order?
No. Once an order has been confirmed, production commences and the order can no longer be cancelled.

What are your lead times?
Our lead times vary based on our component inventory, production queue, time of year, etc. Each product page states the current estimated lead time. 

Can I expedite an order?
In some situations, yes. Please contact us and let us know what you’re interested in - and how soon you need it.
