What is the lead time?
Unless otherwise stated, our sale items are in stock and ship within 2 weeks.

What is the difference between floor models, factory 2nds, and prototypes?
-Floor Models are items that were used for display or for photoshoots in our studio. They are in like-new condition unless otherwise stated.
-Factory 2nds are items that didn't quite live up to our quality standards, but are still in need of a good home. The condition of factory 2nds are generally not as good as floor models.
-Prototypes are items that were never released or earlier versions of items we have since refined. The condition of these pieces varies, but you can find further details on the product pages.
